Today, as the Managing Director of BAS Staffing Services Private Limited, he continues to drive the company forward with clarity, purpose, and a deep commitment to excellence.

Over the last two decades, BAS has grown into one of the country’s most respected names in integrated staffing and facility services. With strong operations across Karnataka, Hyderabad, and Chennai, They serve a wide spectrum of industries — from IT and BT to manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, and infrastructure. Their impact? More than 1 Lakh jobs given. Over 4,000 trained professionals actively serving across sectors. In 2016, the company expanded into healthcare with the founding of Kempegowda Hospital — a turning point in the organization’s story. When the COVID-19 pandemic shook the world, the hospital rose to the occasion. It provided care, strength, and unwavering support to the community in its most difficult hour. It wasn’t just a facility. It was a lifeline. In 2022, BAS entered the consumer space, Launching a line of soaps and detergents through a strategic production partnership — Bringing their signature values of quality and trust into the homes of thousands.
Then in 2024, the company turned its focus to education. BAS International School was born — a space to nurture future-ready minds. Today, over 400 students walk its corridors, learning not only academics, But values, confidence, and leadership.
